Practice Assessment – helps lend clarity to our purpose Unless you have a pressing issue that demands immediate attention, we typically begin by conducting a Practice Assessment that takes an hour and a half to two hours depending on the complexity of your business. Comparative Analysis – defines gaps and priorities and goals Once we analyze your business, we will have a follow-up discussion to review the gaps between your current business and ideal business.  We will also share insights from leading advisory practices that will help you define, clarify, and prioritize your goals. Roadmap for Success – is driven by a clear set of goals We will partner with you to lay out your roadmap which includes the development of initiatives, supporting tactics, clear milestones, project timetables, and, importantly, expected results.  For larger engagements requiring sweeping organizational change, this may require a series of initiatives that continuously build on one another to accomplish a grand vision and higher purpose.  Inertia can be the enemy of progress, so we work thoughtfully with you to outline a realistic path so that the end goals are realized. Measuring Results - is critical.  How did it go? We are highly focused on achieving real business outcomes.  We will monitor your progress and keep your initiative on track as we go, so there should be no surprises at the end of our engagement.   We are not afraid to have difficult conversations.  In the midst of our engagement, if we find there are serious unforeseen impediments to your goal, we will work with you to course correct and refocus the effort on success.  We don’t believe the emperor should walk around with no clothes!.
